• The Alaska Middle College School offers students an opportunity to transition from high school to college in a program that provides support services and guidance. Students can choose between two paths, a degree or a certificate. Each track requires college coursework but differs in pace or number of college courses enrolled each semester and qualifications. Students in the degree program usually graduate with 24-40 college credits, whereas students pursuing a certificate usually complete less than 24 credits.
