About Our Neighborhood High Schools

Neighborhood high schools use groupings of students organized into smaller learning communities (SLC), which allows for teaching to be student-centered. These SLCs include core curriculum teachers – language arts, math, social studies and science – as well as specialist teachers and professionals for select electives, exploratory learning and focused interventions.
Please contact your school if you have questions about the curriculum or your child’s progress. There are many opportunities for parent involvement.
