The Equity Audit was based on several objectives: (1) ASD’s mission of educating all students for success in life; (2) ensuring equity in student access and opportunities; (3) identifying and eliminating barriers that prevent full participation for student groups; and (4) comparison of student experience. The process includes engagement with various stakeholders, including teachers, principals, students, and community members. The recommendations in this report are aligned with current ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø goals and guardrails. The last two pages of the report are meant to serve as a snapshot of the work along with guiding equity questions and tips for furthering conversations for parents and families.
