    The CPIR is pleased to give a the home to many of the resources developed by NICHCY, the National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities. NICHCY’s funding ended in October 2013, but many of its products and webpages will live on here, where we can maintain their accuracy and continue to make them available to families, professionals, and Parent Centers.

     

    Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports

    The OSEP Technical Assistance Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a collaboration between the U.S. Department of Education and 11 technical assistance units across the United States.

     

    Technical Assistance Center on Emotional Intervention for Young Children

    The Technical Assistance Center on Social Emotional Intervention for Young Children (TACSEI) takes the research that shows which practices improve the social-emotional outcomes for young children with, or at risk for, delays or disabilities and creates FREE products and resources to help decision-makers, caregivers, and service providers apply these best practices in the work they do every day.
